Description of Bug (Explain the bug, How is it done, what should it really be doing? etc. An unclear description will not get the bug fixed): The highlighted part of the skill description shown below does not work at all, there's no damage being dealt at the end of the skill like it was intended, and before when it did do the hits it was a fixed amount not actually dealing 20% of the damage of dmg dealt within the timeframe. Dont mistaken skill description as 20% dmg from what the actual initial damage from skill deals otherwise this guy wouldnt hit cap with only 20% of initial damage dealt example video
, you can see when skill finally is over he deals cap damage 15 times which is what is suppose happen since all accumulated damage within that time frame 20% is obviously cap damage.
