Hi,

I am new to AriesMS and really like this server, thus thinking about donating and wonder what is worth spending donate points on to maximize profit or better get equipment/other...

I am just level 123 or something but working on grinding by looking up the Training Guide, but that is another concern.

Anyone have suggestions?
Thanks in advance, sincerely,

Hey Happy,

Well - there are a few avenues for where you can spend your DP at.

I'll go in order of relevancy to what your main concerns should be.

The fastest way to maximize your profit would be to simply sell the DP at the rate of which they're going for which is 1:2.5 (this may change in time, this is as of current of my posting) - meaning 1000 DP nets you 2.5bil mesos. This'll expedite the process of gearing up by A LOT considering it'll allow to purchase the necessary items such as your CRA set, FAF weapon and what not.

I feel that'll be the best option at your current standing in the game, having just started.

The other ways of spending your DP would be donor slotting (adding extra scrolling slots) your weapon but I'd only really recommend that for AbsoLab Weapons and above - not to mention, the rest of your gear has to be at it's optimal before you even begin to think about donor slotting those. The prices of donor slotting are as follows - 500/500/1000/1000/1000/1500/1500 - which makes for a total of 7 extra scrolling slots at a cost of 7000 DP. This is for the mid-game where you've gotten your character to level 200 and above and have gotten a good amount of stats.

There are also NX donor equips - these provide stats, there are only three currently. The necklace, shoulder and quiver - I wouldn't bother about this until you've gotten a fully dslotted weapon though, really.

Then there are heart upgrades - which, only again, come at the later game. I haven't began on this, so, I wouldn't really be the best person to advise - perhaps someone else who has done this will be better suited to advise you on this!

I hope I've helped! Let me know if you have any other questions.

I suggest you don't really mess with DP until you reach mid/end game, unless you want to make quick money by selling DP for Meso.
The reason I say you shouldn't mess around with it is because DP is useful mostly for upgrading your gear to end game:

-Violet Cubes = Will get you perfect main pot if you're lucky enough to get perfect lines (pro tip: don't really use them on an item that doesn't have 27% Bonus Potential, since your main goal with the VCube is to get 33% on the Main Potential, so.. LOL)

-DP Slotting an item = you can add up to +7 additional slots to any item in the game, not including hammers (so with hammers you can add +9 = (+2 Hammers | +7 Donor Slots) That is a pretty strong feature that DP adds up to the server, this is mainly used for items that are end game (either perfect or permanent - like I said earlier, 33/27 Items [33/27= Main Potential 33% , Bonus Potential 27%]) Or weapons (Arcane Weapon is currently the end game and will probably stay for a while, so if you have an Arcane weapon you should donor slot is to the max (+7).

DP rate at the moment is 1k DP = 2.3b - 2.5b and that's an amount you need to know to deal with, I wouldn't suggest new players to mess around with DP since you don't have the option to even that amount of money at your point, BUT you can use DP to get yourself a pet vac and farm up with that - for 150 DP you can get a 24 hour pet vac, its pretty awesome for farming (mainly MP, where you can make simple quick money).

Those are just points for you to know in order not to get yourself in the wrong situation - but its eventually up to you.

What's "MP"?

What's the best way to farm billions of mesos?

What class should I use to "farm mesos"?

What else do I need to get lots of mesos without spending on DP?

If you are super new, make sure you get get your links done + level up your main character that you farm MP with so you can 1HKO mobs in MP maps. As others have said, in our server, MP farming is the fast way to progress. For example, if you choose to donate around 1.5k-2k DP (3.75 bil to 4.8 bil) will get you enough mesos to funds MP farming.

I. 1k DP to get 2.5b mesos (more or less depend on market) and use those funds to invest into MP farming.

1. Use that to buy drop rate familiars (cheapest one is pigs (30mil -90mil for 3), spiders (120m-210m for 3). Having both sets will allow you to farm at MP or whatever for 2.5 hour straight. If you farm at MP, as other said, you can earn 1b+ mesos per hour.

2. To prepare for MP farming, you will need %drop rate. Our server has 600% drop rate cap. So with 2x drop card (get from Vote Points) and familiars card bonus (mentioned in 1.), you will need total 8 lines of % drop rate. You can buy those items then use red cube to scrolled or buy prescrolled with % drop rate main potential. You can take your time acquiring these items in Auction House. I have included some estimate prices below.
a. 2 rings (tempest, silver blossom) for around 200mil -300mil each,
b. face accessory (onyx gum-150mil),
c. eye accessory (aquatic -150mil or less),
d. 2 pendants (like stupid chaos horntain 150mil or less),
e. belt, shoulder etc at similar price

II. Save 500dp to buy your own pvac (150dp for 24h one), sell them when you done using.

There are also other methods that can help you get started without DP donation need: you can farm at elite aliens to get time coin (sell bpot for 360m per stack) until you acquired enough funds to do MP as stated above. I have included a guide with different farming methods for your reviews.

Before you spend anything, check in guild tabs on forum, look up smega, find a guild you like, join them, they will be your biggest resources in game for better tailor advices for you.
