Description of Bug (Explain the bug, How is it done, what should it really be doing? etc. An unclear description will not get the bug fixed): Scrolled a clean outlaw heart with a prime scroll that is supposed to give 3 all stats and 10 attack. Ended up with +1 all stats instead of 3.
