Description of Issue (please provide specific details on what your issue is): After trying to enter the Cash Shop I get disconnected. When trying to log back on it says the user is already logged in. Even after 2 hours it would not let me log into my account and play the game.
Methods you have tried: Attempt waiting 30 min to log back in, waited an hour to log, and waited another 50 min.
Additional remarks: Is there a way to disconnect my account manually or do I have to wait for the system to fix the problem? Thanks in advance, can't wait to play again.
