Scrolling Weapons
In order to scroll weapons, we have something called Super Scroll which is available for 800 Monster Park Commemorative Coins at the NPC Laku in Monster Park.
Super scroll is essentially a '100% Super Scroll' which gives you +5 of your weapon's main stat and +10 Attack or Magic Attack.
(You may access Monster Park via the Quick Move option)

After obtaining the Super Scroll, you may open your Item Inventory to click on the little red hammer option at the bottom right corner. Then drag your item and scroll down to the option that says '100% Super Scroll ATT or MATT'. Each slot will consume 1 Super Scroll Box and 729 Spell Traces.
(You may obtain Spell Traces from Miu Miu's Merchant in the Reward Shop using 100 Reward Points [Cash Shop], Random Mobs, or from other players.)

Normally each weapon can be scrolled up to 7 or 8 times (up to 9 or 10 if you use a Golden Hammer from the Cash Shop), but in Aries you may go to the FM and enhance your weapon up to an additional 7 slots! (This is called dslotting)

In the FM you will find the NPC Cygnus -> Donor Point -> Give a slot to existing equipment. Slot prices will increase depending on how many you have currently added:
(Do take note that you can only start dslotting once you have used up all the existing slots. So basically you need to give the equipment 1 slot, enhance it with Super Scroll again to consume the slot, then speak to Cygnus again to give it another slot, so on and so forth until you hit 7 slots)
  • 1st and 2nd slot: 500 DP each
  • 3rd, 4th, and 5th slot: 1,000 DP each
  • 6th and 7th slot: 1,500 DP each
______________________________________________________________________________________

Scrolling Gears
Now there's nothing too special about scrolling gears, it's very simple and much like GMS or your weapons.

Super Scroll Method
Similarly to weapons, your equipment may also use Super Scroll which guarantees you stats with each upgrade. It will grant you +9 of your class' main stat and consume spell traces as well. The reason why this works so efficiently is because end game your %stats scale either harder or on par with pure attack/magic attack. So having a total of 10 slots would grant you +90 of each stat which is going to scale extremely well. However, Nexon's stat ratios have been skewed since % potentials were released, so there's no exact scaling from the ratio of stat to attack. (It is estimated to be 1 ATT = 2.5 Stat)

Chaos Scroll Method
Unlike Super Scrolls which you are essentially guaranteed +9 of your stat, you may gain stats at random with chaos scrolls. You have a choice between Miraculous Chaos Scrolls or Chaos Scrolls of Goodness. Which you may obtain from your good friend Laku back at Monster Park again for 150-200 Monster Park Commemorative Coins OR you may also obtain them from Gachapon.
  • Miraculous Chaos Scrolls have a chance to either subtract or add up to 10 of your item's stats and attack/magic attack
  • Chaos Scrolls of Goodness have a chance to add up to 5 of your item's stats and attack/magic attack (Don't bother with this)
However, when using these scrolls, since they are not 100% and will lose slots if they fail, you have the safety of Shield Scrolls! These scrolls protect slots from disappearing upon failure and you can obtain them the same way as your Chaos Scrolls (Laku or Gachapon).

What happens if I forgot to use a shield scroll? Do I lose the slot forever?:
No, if you forgot to shield scroll, then Clean Slate Scrolls have a chance to revive a slot on a failed scroll. You may obtain these from either Laku once again or the Special Shop NPC right above the Free Market Entrance for 50 Nameless Coins each.

What happens if a chaos scroll LOWERED the stats I wanted? Can I revert it?:
Yes, if a Miraculous Chaos Scroll loses all of the stats you want, NO WORRIES!
You may obtain Innocence Scrolls from the Special Shop for 1,500 Timeless Coins, the Achievements Shop for Reward Coins which you may obtain from doing Daily Achievements (You can access this NPC from the option Quick Move), or from the NPC Pub for 14, 000 PQ Points (Quick Move -> Dimensional Mirror -> Party Quest Entry).
People also sell inno service for a cost. They will gamble the inno scroll for you, and it's a pay if pass, free if fail kinda service.

Special Accessories
Some equipment require different methods of scrolling such as:
  • Lightning God Rings: These can be used with Accessory for ATT or MATT Scrolls from Laku or NPC Randolf, from Tynerum: Memories of the Heart Tree (Take note the ones from Randolf have a chance to destroy your item if you do not use a Shielding Ward!) followed by any form of Chaos Scroll.
  • Gollux Accessories: You may either risk your luck with Miraculous Chaos Scrolls or use their appropriate Basic or Advanced Gollux Scrolls from the NPC Lucia in Tynerum: Memories of the Heart Tree.
  • Hearts (for Androids): This equipment accepts ANY scroll in the game. Currently, the two preferred methods are using 10% scrolls with shield scrolls or 100% scrolls from the Elite Coin rewards in the Special Shop. Note: Any other scroll works with hearts, so if you're tight on cash you may feel free to use other scrolls that are less beneficial.
______________________________________________________________________________________

Star Enhancing
Now that you've finished scrolling your items, we begin the Star Enhancements!

You may star enhance your items using the same little red button at the bottom right of corner of your Item Inventory. These will be using mesos for each enhancement; the higher your star enhancement, the more mesos it will cost!

Normal Equipment can star enhance 1-5 times without dropping stars on failure, 6-9 and 11-15 will lose a star upon failure.
You may enhance without anything but mesos until your 12th star. (Except for Superior equipment, AKA Tyrants)

Superior Equipment star enhancement will always drop a star if you fail. You may enhance the first star (AEE's give 100% pass on first star) with an Advanced Equip Enhancement Scroll (available from cube fragments) and mesos. For the 2nd-7th star, you will require a Superior Shielding Ward from the NPC Pub to prevent the destruction of the item.

After the 12th star on normal equipment and the 7th star on superior equipment, you will require a Star Force Box from our dear NPC Laku in Monster Park once again! These enhance your stars without chance of destruction or star loss.

What happens if I blew up an item? Is it gone forever?!:
No, your item is safe... for the most part. You can obtain the same equip once again in its clean state and use it to revive your previous one. You will keep all of the scrolling, but lose all stars,

Note: Star Enhancement will not permanently destroy your item, but advanced equip enhancement scrolls and equip enhancement scrolls will PERMANENTLY DESTROY your item.

Quick update:
With the release of 25* in Aries, MP boxes 1-15* actually do work until the 15th star (That means if you're on your 15th star, you can continue to use the 1-15* MP box to hit 16*)
As of writing this, you can YOLO your equipments beyond 16*. (But honestly unless you're insanely rich or insanely nuts, it's NOT a viable method)
If you do decide that "Nah i don't wanna YOLO my equipments"
Do continue to the next section of this paragraph
Currently the only way to access 15*-20* & 20*-25* Star Force boxes are from Paragon Dungeon, which is only accessible to players that are 275.
It cost 100m + 100rp per entry into pdung (short form for Paragon Dungeon, you get 1 nova coin per entry)
(They work the same way as Monster Park boxes, just that these are only accessible via PDung Shop)
You can do Solo PDung 3x per reset, and party PDung 2x per reset.
This will give you a total of 5 Nova coins per day.
15*-20* boxes cost 35 Nova coins (basically 3.5b + 3.5k rp)
20*-25* boxes cost 50 Nova coins (5b + 5k rp)

Elite Chaos Zakum (Eczak) has been nerfed according to the staff team.
You can access it every alternate day, and based on reports from the 275s i know
it took a team of 6 60k stat players 15 minutes to kill Eczak.
Further update regarding Eczak; s/o to Arjan, ArkSnow, and Junior for helping me with this!
To realistically achieve an [A] Rank for eczak,
You will require
2x 85k stat
3x 70-75k stat
1x Bishop with max Benediction

You also get 1 Nova coin for attempting Eczak.
With regards to Paragon Runner, it's basically Maple Runner (renamed to Paragon runner for kicks)
I've linked a YouTube video of Maple Runner in the spoiler below.
I'm not sure how many Nova Coins you can get from it, i'll update this post once i get a confirmed answer.
Paragon Carnival is bugged at the moment, so do check back on this post as i'll update it when it's fixed.

Recently Elite Chaos Papulatus was also added into the Paragon bosses.
Once again, s/o to Arjan for his report on ECPap!
6 man party of 65k - 70k stat players could not down 1/2 of ECPap HP in P1.

You can only attempt 1 of the elite bosses per day, so basically it's like
Mon - Eczak
Tues - Ecpap
Wed - Ezcak
Thurs - Ecpap

Potentials
Equipment obtains bonus stats through the potential system, which can have up to three lines of stats. You may add potential through the use of any Potential Scroll, these can be found in many places such as: Monster drops, Cash Shop, Free Market, and much more. Additionally, there are bonus potentials, which can add an extra three lines of stats; these can be added through the usage of Bonus Potential Scrolls, a very similar system to regular potentials.
(100% Bonus Potential Scrolls can be bought for 175k nx each in the cash shop)

[Certain potential scrolls may start your equipment off at Epic or Unique and certain bonus potential scrolls may guarantee 3 lines at the start]

They rank from Rare > Epic > Unique > Legendary, with Legendary being the best. Usually, they also scale off levels, but you do not need to potential anything until you have equipment around Level 140 anyway, which is the second highest scaling.

Regular Potential Cubes
  • Premium Miracle Cube: Adds extra lines of potential if not already at 3 lines (Can be obtained through Special Shop for Nameless Coins or Cash Shop).
  • Red Cube: Rerolls the stats on your existing potential and best method to upgrade it to legendary (Can be obtained through Special Shop for Nameless Coins, Cash Shop, or Monster Drops).
  • Violet Cube: Grants the option of 6 random lines and allow you to choose 3 (Can be obtained through Cash Shop for RP or Cygnus for Aries Points) [Please note Violet Cubes are typically for end-game equipment].

Special Note:
  • Miracle Cube: Don't bother lmfao.
  • Super Miracle Cube: Really, why does this still exist in-game?
  • Revolutionary Miracle Cube: I don't even know how Nexon managed to try and make these useful. (Only useful if you hit legend potential, and still only 2 lines of regular potential)
  • Black Cube: Please don't waste your money.
  • Silver/Gold Potential Stamp: Premium Cubes are cheaper anyway...
  • White Cube: Only purchasable from DP Shop, basically useless unless you're trying to get 33%/36% pot on your bpot when you have 30% bpot.

Bonus Potential Cubes & Stamps:
  • Bonus Potential Cube: Rerolls the stats on your existing bonus potential and only method to upgrade it to legendary (Can be obtained through Special Shop for Timeless Coins, Cash Shop, or Select Monster Drops).
  • Bonus Potential Stamp: Adds extra lines of bonus potential if not already at 3 lines (Can be obtained through Pub).

Please feel free to comment if you enjoyed this thread or anything confused you that you would like clarification for.

The land before time
At least in its current state I really don't know if this was necessary? It would've been nice to see some significant differences made to the body post before posting it. Didn't really see much of an issue with the one already made since the actual process of enhancing/scroll equipment hasn't changed much or even at all, just the prices.

I don't understand... Aries is v203, but I haven't seen a single equip/weapon above 17* !

Did they decide to abandon 17+ enhancements?

Good update, besides, I wonder why there has been so little information about the paragon dungeon to find about.

For sure, only few players reach that part of the game but sometimes it just seems way too blocked and blinded that we cannot even know what is going on there

And now here I can see some glimpses of the cost of the paragon dungeon and how it works, which makes me excited and thank to you.

I have a question tho,

So it is basically like monster park except that they give one coin at the start? Do they drop the coins?

...Or does this just give you 1 coin and thats the whole reward of the PD? If it does, you should really invest that 12b and 12k rp through minimum of 24 days with 5 entrances per day?

And you use this only one box to pass that 10% success rate of 17+ starforce? Only to remove the possibility of destruction and failure and not even for the certification of the success?

Jeez. If this is that hard, what is even the meaning for the boxes and what is even meaning of putting 25 star system?

Like... this is just giving illusion of hope in the pursuit of unachievable goal.

Please tell me this is better than what I am thinking and I misunderstood. Is it really this way?

As of this post, entering PDung is the only way to get Nova Coins.
When you enter PDung, the coin is given to you, and the mobs inside do not drop Nova coins.
Or does this just give you 1 coin and thats the whole reward of the PD
PDung was invented with the idea of end-game exp farming.
There are a wide range of maps you can get, i would say the general consensus for the best PDung map would be Aliens.
The mobs inside give ALOT more EXP compared to normal mobs, so much that a single run of PDung with 2x, Fast learner and DHS could get you 75% exp at P20.
And you use this only one box to pass that 10% success rate of 17+ starforce? Only to remove the possibility of destruction and failure and not even for the certification of the success?
Basically if you're saying "The box we get from PDung does NOT give us 100% success, but rather serves just to remove boom chance and star degrade"
Then yes you're right.
Jeez. If this is that hard, what is even the meaning for the boxes and what is even meaning of putting 25 star system?
Personally, i can't speak for why the staff implemented 25* and locked the 15*-25* boxes behind pdung, so i can't comment regarding that.

Just read your update on 17*+... and that is absolutely ridiculous.
I agree getting 17*+ on gears shouldn't be too easy, but this is actually insane.:sick:

Some of the player get their CRA top, bottom, hat to 18*. According to them it is not that bad as long as the clean item is not that expensive.

So I just scrolled my weapon and besides the costs mentioned by this guide, to use 1 scroll you must pay 100m.

In total per scroll you use 100m, 729 spell traces and 1 MP box
