Screenshot (If Applicable): I have recently repurchased prestige to achieve silver status. In cash shop, it claims I have gold status and have somehow retrieved the monthly bonus, thus preventing me from retrieving the silver items. It gives me an error of insufficient inventory space. i cleared + made sure i had 4+ slots as requested. Screen shots provided below indicate incorrect gold status, inventory space error, + silver status.
please let me know if you need any other information or additional screenshots.
