Too many attempts after game crash, cannot login??

Got crashed and unable to login to aries, was typing the correct password all along.. but the launcher shows first: account already logged in >> soon after too many incorrect attempts. wait for 30mins.


can't even login to the website now...

I dc-ed out, and now i cant even log in, it says the same thing as yours, "account already logged in" ..I've restarted the app, device, everything but to no avail. Been grinding for long time, it'll be frustrating to put it to waste hasi. I hope someone knows how to fix this.
