Description of Bug (Explain the bug, How is it done, what should it really be doing? etc. An unclear description will not get the bug fixed):
Screenshot (If Applicable): Night Lord job has normal speed 120% without buff and speed 160% with buff (1st job skill - haste). But sometimes i got 105% speed without haste buff and 145% speed with haste buff.
i think there is something wrong here. just want to be fixed.
