Spirit of elluels description states :
Can attack enemies up to 3 times using the same afterimage skills for 70 sec. 60% of their Final Damage is applied. Casting chance: 90%, -20% every time from the next attack. Ishtar’s Ring casting chance is 50%. Creates spirits that attack up to 10 enemies at 900% damage 8 times for 10 sec, Combo skill decreases Cooldown by 1 sec.
However, currently it is only copying the skill no more than once. After the fix it does copy more than once, however it is far less common of an occurance that it should be.
Going off the skill description, the chances of copying 0,1,2,3 times should be 10%, 27%,31.5%,31.5% respectively, and 50%,25%,12.5%,12.5% for Ishtar's ring
Looking off each individual stunning strikes, the rate of copying the skill in 82 attacks:
0 times: 29, 35.4%
1 time: 34, 41.5%
2 times: 6, 7.3%
4 times: 13, 15.8%
This results in there being roughly 1 copy on average, which is about the same as before the fix, and still not close to where it should be.
The copies in spirit of elluel also seem to be triggering DR when they shouldn't be.

GMS DPM test (Not done by me):
As seen at 2:20, stunning strikes is used 52 times without spirit of elluel, but at 4:50 spirit of elluel increases it from 52 to 141. Rather than 68 to 125 in Aries.
Performing the same combo as shown as in the video (Stunning > Wrath > Stunning > Unicorn > Stunning > Spikes > Leaf > Gust) at 0 attack speed This is after the "Fixed Spirits of Elluel not attacking as much as it should." (About 2-3 hours after maintenance finished)
Compared to the GMS video:
30 second stunning strike with spirit after patch.
An outlier has been found on the 9th cast of Spirit (Same result also occurred on the 12th try), casts 1-8 produced the same result of roughly 125-130. However, there were 7 extra attacks. Still nowhere near what the copy rate is supposed to be.
