Reason of Appeal: It was about 17:10 GMT +8, I always afk in sleepywood ch6, my friend came to give me nx for psok items. When i went to cashshop, i got crashed. After that i relog it said i got banned in aries launcher, at that time in game, some friends said there wasnt any ban message. I don't know if sleepywood and cash shop glitched or something because i used to have a bug once you can check appeal and i've talked to Finis about that problem.
