so I played today earlier and the game was absolutely fine, now after couple hours it keep saying me there's problem with pic is too old....
I don't remember the address of the email I hope ill find it somewhere but there's any solution if I don't find it??
I can give pictures from playing today and from other days, I'm in guild if it help to prove something. please I play with this account a lot and its hard to lost everything just like that from nothing. thank you.

If you login to the website, it'll show you the first few letters of the email address (as well as the email provider). If you can't find it, you can request to change your email address under the same website, but you need all the information requested there.

yea I know that but there's 3 question that I don't remember I even asked. how I know if I got the right email? I press pic reset but it doesn't sent me anything yet.. how long I need wait or how I know if it sent or not ehh do you know if the staff know the whole email?

If your email provider isn't common (gmail would be an example of common), there's a chance you might not receive the email. Staff also can't release information related to your account for security reasons.
