Ban Reason: I guess by macro, but I'm not entirely sure (I only received the message "you are account is banned")
Reason of Appeal: I use an autohotkey for a game (path of exile) to be able to trade with other people. I guess that could be the reason why my account was banned. I do not tolerate people who use external program to overfarm games without doing anything.
