Scroll for Spikes on Shoes?

Hi I cannot find this drop from game command, is this even exist?

It will be good to have this, i love the "Snowshoes" movement for every shoes.

Increase friction with the ground, you wont slide on the ground, work with every map not just for Elnath. Sometime you can flash jump and land on the platform but keep sliding to the edge and fall off, this scroll prevent that. Aran won't like it though it destroy their mobility dash on the ground. I just checked and it's still in the game files.
