IGN of Accuser: Swefts
IGN of Accused: Veecious
Rules Broken: Scamming/Fake Bidding
Evidence: Additional Comments: Veecious literally admits to fake bidding, was selling pvac to someone who a/w it earlier but the first buyer went MIA, so I told Veecious to wait and it'll be his since first buyer is MIA. He agreed to wait but turns out he didn't, and went to buy it from another person. I had to waste a stack of smega just for no reason and it might not seem much. But Veecious broken the ToS.

The evidence you've provided does not verify if there was an agreed transaction (agreement on both sides).

Kindly either add more evidence to verify as such, or withdraw the report.

I didn't screen shot the part when he a/w me and I agreed to sell him. But well, he admitted to false bidding literally, if it's not enough evidence then I can't do anything more to it, since that's all of the screenshots I have.

There were no signs that the accused had a/w-ed the item, nor were there any forms of admittance to False Bidding witnessed.

The initial a/w that you had was a third-party, and you attempted to place it on the accused under the context that you both had an agreement which you can't support.

Denied.
