Rose Clipping?

Where is the best place to try and farm for a Rose Clipping? I used to try farm them in the right portal next to Saffron in Ardentmill in normal servers, but they don't spawn any flowers here? Where's everyone else farming them? Cheers

It is still Ardentmill. I usually farm mines in the intermediate maps though since the herbs tend to be right next to each other.
