Returning player after a year, having trouble logging in.

Issue:
I'm a little confused if this is the right place to post this but I'm unable to log into the game for a couple of reasons.

I have not logged in for about a year so the client is required to make me change my password for security reasons. No problem, its a great system set into place. However, changing your password requires access to the email I used. In my case, the email I used was for AriesMS was my old university domain. I am trying to solve this issue by getting my university domain access back again, but it may take some time and a lot of work.

The second issue is that I can easily change the email associated with the account but it requires 3 first IGN's and I logged in a year ago so I definitely do not remember 3, maybe 1 or 2.

If possible, I would like any sort of help to help solve this problem.

If a GM or any customer service representative can help me, I will give as much information as possible in the retrieval of my account.

For now, I would recommend that you attempt to recall minimally 3 IGNs from your account (regardless of the arrangement), if not indicate the IGNs that you recall and attempt to submit the query.

The important portions are the date of birth (assigned to the account) and both email fields.
