Additional Comments: He whispered me saying he'll buy, waited 30 minutes for him to show up, he told me to trade, I psok'd to trade and then as the trade was going through, he declined. I thought he dc'ed so I waited a few minutes. When he came back on, he proceeded to ignore and not respond back. When he did reply, he said ' I speak spanish please excuse me'. Pretty much wasted my time with his fake bid.
