l2avenX you should refer to rule 9 under the Terms of Service. He has every right to report a player that is kill stealing. He does not have an obligation to party with this player.

Instead of reporting, why not try partying to benefit both ends? There are only 5 channels for upgraded mobs and if every selfish MF says "CC", then there's no chance for that poor player, right? In your context, 5 channels = 5 players taking over a specific map. Imagine there're 10 newbies who are in need of levelling. Since there is no news of new channels coming in / upgrading of the current channel(s), please be mindful of what you do in the community.

Tl;dr, you're a toxic player/becoming one. Not supporting the accused action here (because he's being an ass), but I feel the situation can be solved UNLESS he refused to party, in which it didn't happen because you kinda suck at negotiation and being selfish at the same time.

Regardless of the player's choice of whether or not they decide to share the map, it does not mean that the rules are absent and players can disregard it.
