(This incident took place in Aries Discord so I will be providing discord names)

Any intention, attempt or act to deceive or falsify the general aesthetic, price and/or demand that is intended for financial or personal gain is referred to as fraud; and constitutes under Scamming. Acts of fraud are inclusive of (but not limited to): clear knowledge of the current price of an item/currency and providing (and/or convincing) other players with a false market price, accepting an inaccurate or false price of an item without informing the other party, changing the appearance of an item with the intention to deceive and/or create opportunities of overlooking the original identity of the item, and/or initiating a temporary lease of item(s), currency, and/or account(s) from any player (regardless of familiarity or relation) and the failure to return it upon agreement.

Additional Comments: So the discord user Menotius continued the bid even when I told him the clear current price provided in the screenshot above. On top of that he told me that he would send me a screenshot of when he sells the striking lantern for 125b when his previous bidder told me he retracted due to overpricing. The "screenshot" he sent me was actually a zip file which I did not even attempt to open so this would also technically constitute as a hacking threat as well.

It seems he is upset that I did not tell him my current bidders name IN GAME through whispers and he took it to discord immediately, I am a little toxic so I may have triggered this entire argument with my words and I regret my actions however I have never and will never scam. I started the bids at 0 with no A/W and all bidders were on bidding with their own knowledge. When I found out the price I messaged all 3 letting them know the situation of a lantern selling for 45b. I am sorry again for provoking the accuser with my words but I do hope he learns his lesson when falsifying accusations.

NX items as we all known increase in rarity over time and the price is to be determined while bidding. Especially taken with old nx, I believe his argument is laughable this is my final edit as I believe all information has been provided accurately.

Hey buddy you should pay attention to the timestamps in your own discord messages. You stating that you did not know prices is not valid seeing as in my screenshot it shows that I clearly told you the price of the item at 5:41 PM PST. You continued to post the sale even after I told you which is shown by this screenshot here https://gyazo.com/f365f49f4bbec3606f24959b46356081 . You told him that you didnt know the price at 8:54 PM EST which translates to 5:54 PM PST. This means you had this conversation exactly 13 minutes after me telling you the price and you continuing to post your sale. If you are wondering how I know ur EST its in the screenshot you provided yourself.

Edit: Okay btw you are contradicting yourself here. You stated yourself that you "didn't know" the prices in your own screenshots and that you were informed of the price and changed the a/w. If this statement that YOU said was true, then why are you replying back saying that nx items can change in value. You are going besides the point of the report and arguing that "nx items increase in rarity". The fact of the matter is, 1. You posted a sale with a c/o that you knew was illegitimate, 2. You tried to cover up this fact and make excuses stating that you didn't know by providing timestamps from a different timezone, and 3. You tried to use this timezone difference in an effort to make it seem like you informed them before your next sale post. My time conversions on the time zone is correct and if you refer back to the screenshot you can see that you indeed posted after I told you the correct prices.

You procuring a screenshot from 2/23 over a month ago of one sale does not create a market standard, you are not controlling of market prices either I am sorry to inform you of such. Perm NX increase in price on a timely basis I am done replying to you and this thread on all platforms have a good day.

I can confirm that I did indeed edit my comment to say it was retracted after a few conversations with individuals telling me I was bidding over typical market price.

Not going to state anything further as the evidence I provided is still legitimate proof of you posting after I told you the correct price of the item. You continuing to post your sale after I personally told you the price still constitutes as clear knowledge of the current price of an item and/or accepting an inaccurate or false price of an item without informing the other party under the ToS.

Seeing as Arcies' intention to offer at 110b verifies the bids, along with the recent mass inflation of items, market price is unpredictable and can differ from recent months.
