Back to back i said NO!!!! before that "continue to sell" is misleading, but i mean u can just sell it and i did mentioned that im not gonna donate and buy bcos of the current state of the game. I'm js curious because everyone is selling Doll's Nightwear at 17~18k, He said someone offered him 20k str8 but he didnt sell it, so im js wondering if he's trying to jack up the price. To be fair and square i did tell him to reserve it for me, but i also said im not gonna donate n buy after... Isnt that clear enough? After that if i find someone selling at a lower price, rationally i think everyone will buy at a lower price? it's not like I bid on 2 item at the same time.. It js happen that i see someone selling a doll in-game for a lower price..

First things first, when you said you're trying to make things simpler, from the way you pictured yourself i think you're trying to make it complicated by denying the fact that you've breached an agreement made first hand and thereafter denying it. As attached in my first post, it is clear that you have already made the reservation for the doll's nightwear and that you needed time to gather DP before making the transaction(be it selling your items OR donating - you said it yourself in discord).
is a very serious accusation that you've made to me for committing a fraud. Attached is the evidence that, IGN: Inarin Discord: Fluffysaurus#3600 , is willing to bid for the doll's at 20k highest.
Therefore, instead of continuously trying to ask for bids I asked the accused if he would like to bid anything above 20k. That is how we came to an agreement of selling the doll's for 21k. Attached is the evidence of the accused saying that he is OK to buy it for 21k.
Last but not least, I would like to reiterate that after coming to an agreement for a reservation of item and withdrawing thereafter, you've breached the Terms of Service under Section 2.4 and also 2.6, whereby you have requested for a reservation of item, deceiving the other party(which is me) with the perception of completing a transaction and also withdrawing an item which has yet passed the grace period of 7 days since date of sale.
Please stop bringing back the previous conversation. Kindly provide further evidence in which indicates the date that you declined the offer for reservation and elaborate on the evidence provided in the accuser's post indicating you agreeing to a reservation, which the evidence you have provided is contrary of.
Thank you for replying Spyro. So here's the date of I'm making a reservation 15/9/2020. From the conversation you can see he asked me is it possible to deal by Sunday, but i told him that I will confirm him on Friday because I don't know how long it gonna take to sell my NX. So he said "I will just write as reserved" , so at this point the item isn't really reserved yet because I told him that I will confirm him on Friday. At the same date as you can see 15/9/2020, after a while trying hard to sell my nx in-game and get no respond, i told him that he can continue to sell his item, I said I might wait till someone buy my nx then I top up and buy, he agreed. Then on the next day 16/9/2020 evening, he pm me said "I think I just reserve for you", and i replied NO, and i told him to sell it to the person who offer him 18k or 20k it's such a waste not to sell it. As the conversation continue, i continue to reject him n saying that I don't think I wanna donate bcos of the current state of the game. I'm sorry that I didn't read the rules and tell him the exact phrase such as "I'm gonna withdraw my reservation on the item", but when he said "i think i just reserve for you", i already told him no and I won't donate n buy. I thought that was clear enough. It is not because of someone selling the item cheaper than he is, i already rejected him. Also after I calculate if I did sell all my nx, I will have enough to buy that item without donation, that is why I told him if that person is willing to wait, of cos I will choose to buy the other person's item instead of donate to buy his, that is just my thought on my mind, at that point I haven't really sell any of my nx yet. After reserving for a day, he managed to find a seller who is willing to sell at 18k and thereafter he said he would buy from him as his a/w was 18k and that 3k was a huge difference for him and henceforth, withdrawing from the reservation that he has made from me.

From the beginning until now u never admit that I rejected u twice, u dont even wanna post the one I reply NO. I would like to remind you that firstly, whatever highlighted in blue was the fact that you've agreed to the reservation of the items. Secondly, whatever was highlighted in pink, clearly shows the dateline we have drawn to deal with the item. Lastly, whatever was highlighted in green shows that you have yet again, agreed to the fact that you would like to reserve the item. So I have no idea why you are trying to deny that you have denied making a reservation for an item that you have agreed twice on? I honestly have no idea why you are trying to make people think that I am manipulating the evidence when you are clearly the one who is denying everything.

To conclude this: (1) the rule for Scamming was meant to protect sellers from false reservation requests in view of potential profit loss; (2) the accused requested for a reservation but notified you within the same day to remove their reservation in the event that they are unable to meet the deadline; therefore, any potential losses would have been greatly minimized.
The fact that you avoided my question reveals your intentions towards this situation and the persistence in trying to keep the player hostage with manipulation of evidence and the rules.
