• I noticed Sonyy had a Warrior Shoulder posted, So I asked about it. He said a/w was 4.5k DP [60b] The shoulder itself is not worth near that a/w but that is fine, He then told me that c/o was 30b…

• Later that day I saw Sonyy Smega that c/o was 0 and a/w was 2.5k DP... odd that he would go from c/o worth more than his now a/w.

• Messaged him on Discord asking what had happened, he told me that he “forgot” the person that offer that much...

• He then sent me a photo of “proof” that a player offered 20b (10b cheaper then what he told me c/o was) I have confirmed with the player that the 20b offer was legit.

• When I looked into this “c/o of 20b” I couldn’t find anything… the 20b c/o he sent me was offered to him on Wednesdays 11:45pm. So, I looked into this on AriesMS discord Market channel, and found a bunch of his posts Last Wednesday… and none of them had this 20b c/o or 30b it, S> Posts even said “If no aw or co stated there are none, don't ask about it”

I confirm that i dont recall the persons name since my aw something absurd like 75b i didnt really agree to sell it.
The set i was selling first had top bot hat 2 pendats ring and emblem if im not incorrect.
I sold the top/bot/hat pretty quickly and i think i left an aw for the rest for 90b?
I managed to sell the rest except shoulders because the person in question was an ark.
Since i no longer had the name of the person offering me (since for me it wasnt relevant cuz i wasnt going to msg that person back when the offer was 1/3 of my aw)
If he would have asked who offered it yesterday i could have checked who i spoke to in-game.

As you also stated, i moved back to c/o beeing 0 instead of 20 as i clearly had evidence of, why is that?
I did not recall while making the post who offered me it since i get alot of offers both in-game and discord and at the time i didnt consider it close enought for my aw.

I deleted everything because i simply dont want anything to do with this person.
In handsight i should've taken the name of the person in case of stuff like this ((s)he is mad because I said i merched his item he sold me) and i do accept my punishment since i did not read through every part of the tos, so i didnt know i had to know every person offering me.

As I said I was unaware of all the marketrules and that is on me and i accept any form of punishment u see fitting.

One thing i would like is this user not to contact me in-game, doesnt seem like the block function works.

Like i stated, i said that because u were threatening me with reports, I did not have full insight of the rules and that is on me.
But threatening players afterwards when u see me sell it for higher. why didnt u mention it the day before?

Im done spamming this dispute I did wrong and i should get punished accordingly for it.
The reason i did not take names was because i saw so many ppl in discord chat without ign in their current offers so I did not think more of it. Didn't hit me that they might save it or get offers on discord.

If you were constantly posting on Discord, then it's safe to assume that your bids were received on Discord.

Seeing as that was the case, how do you go about "forgetting" who you received the bids from when you can simply check your list of conversations?

This is a loophole that you swept under the rug.

I also smegad it, u can probably check smega logs to see that, I doubt u will take your time to see all my whispers since I get alot but the offer was in-game.

Like I said the offer was genuin and I forgot it, but I also forgot the 20b offer in discord that is why I said c/o 0 the day after.

But as I stated earlier I did mistake and didn't write it down like I should've. I've learnt my lesson and all discord or smegad after that have included ign of the one offering.

That said I do agree on a punishment you seem fitting since I did not have full knowledge of tos and that is on me.
