Description of Issue (please provide specific details on what your issue is):
I was a returning player that recently reset my PIC to be in the new format (containing the keyboard with upper case and lower case characters) from the old format prior to v.213. I was able to log in the day I created my new PIC but when I attempted to play the next day I got an invalid PIC error. I am positive that the PIC I entered was correct but it kept saying that it was invalid. Any help/suggestions?
Methods you have tried:
I followed the reset PIC option on the Aries website and received in email containing a new temporary PIC/2nd password but I wasn't prompted to a PIC reset when I logged in the game and entering the new PIC I received still resulted in a invalid PIC error. I made sure I closed the client and logged out completely to make sure the new PIC take into effect and even restarted my computer but still no luck.
