Hi, do make sure you completely close the AriesMS Client after receiving your new PIC (this includes closing it in the task bar). Re-launch the client and try again with the new one.
In that case, could you give it some time before trying again. Also do make sure to double check the PIC entered = the PIC given. Sorry for the inconvenience.
