Description of Bug
Using the support unit skill to illustrate,
Both lv31 & 32 enhanced support unit gives the same amount of final dmg(11% base + 5% hyper = 16%).
Expected final dmg displayed in the stat window: 1.15 * 1.16 = 1.334 ≈ 1.33 (33%)
However, in the video, a lv31(from passive +1 inner) version of the skill only bumps my fd to 32%. Upon using decent combat orders to obtain lv32, it reflects the correct amount of 33%.

After further testing, it appears that the problem lies with certain skills and not the inner ability itself. Specifically, skills that serve as a passive upgrade to their lesser variants from a lower job tier. Stand-alone skills are boosted by a level just fine.

Let's take Cannon Master as an example. Cannon Overload(a stand-alone skill) gets its final damage increased from 30% -> 31% when going from lv30 to lv31. See my final dmg in the stat window before(w/o the inner) and after(w/ the inner). From this, it can be deduced that Cannon Overload does get affected by the IA.

On the other hand, Mega Monkey Magic serves as a passive upgrade to its 2nd job variant, Monkey Magic. Here are the skill values at lv30 and lv31. As you can see, lv31 Mega Monkey Magic is supposed to give +16 speed and +11 jump. However, in the following video, I only gain +15 speed and +10 jump. This shows that Mega Monkey Magic currently does not get affected by the IA.

Relating this back to the original post, Enhanced Support Unit serves as a passive upgrade to the 3rd job skill Support Unit: H-EX, which would explain why it's not getting affected by the IA. This bug also affects Homing Beacon Research, which acts as a passive enhancement to the 2nd job Homing Beacon.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could look into this bug as it is pretty detrimental to a mechanic's overall damage output(causes them to lose out on approximately 90 homing beacons per minute). Thank you.
