Description of Bug
This skill is supposed to give an attack buff (+80% of base weapon att power) for 30 sec and a subsequent attack debuff (-15% of base weapon att power, indicated by a greyed-out skill icon at the top right) for the remainder of the cooldown.
Currently, if the user dies while the buff is active, the buff gets cancelled and replaced by the debuff even if 1) there is still time remaining, 2) a buff freezer is used.
