old player needing help with PIC

Hello,

I have not played on this server in many years and i came back today to try it out again. When logging in it had me change my password (been forever) so i did but i seem to have forgotten my PIC so when i went to reset it, the website told me it couldnt be done and wait 24 hours to try again. i really would rather not wait 24 hours is there any way to get a PIC reset i never even got the first email to reset it.....

The emailing system for password and pic reset are tied together, if you reset your password you'll need to wait 24 hours to reset your pic. If you remember your pic you can reset it in game using the "Change PIC" option at the character select menu. If you don't remember your pic you will have to wait.
