[Night Walker] Vitality Siphon Hyper skill passive

Description of Bug (Explain the bug, How is it done, what should it really be doing? etc. An unclear description will not get the bug fixed): The hyper skill passive "Vitality Siphon - Reinforce" does not give what it states in the description. It is supposed to give you 60 weapon attack while vitality siphon is activated.

The shield doesnt work either. In gms it works like so :

and can avoid 1 shots. In aries it doesnt even tank damage or go down

Bump. Vitality Siphon still does not provide the hyper passive even though it is shown that the skill is activated by buff on top right of screen and shield(not functioning).
