More than 21 character slots?

Hello guys is there a way to get more thank 21 character slots? I've tried purchasing more in the cash shop but it doesn't work, even though it says we can have up to 50 something

I think you have to play as zero and something about a special drop or quest or something will allow you to get more. It does sound strange and well doesn't really make much sense but I'm not certain about the details because I got this information from my brother who's a zero main. Hopefully someone else has a definite answer to this and hopefully this helps a bit.

super low chance from elite bosses or 300 coins in paragon shop.

otherwise there are 3 events a year that give 3 slots per event, zero character slot and monster collection.
