Morass Jean NPC missing bug

Description of Bug (Explain the bug, How is it done, what should it really be doing? etc. An unclear description will not get the bug fixed):
After the server issue 2 weeks ago where it caused people's 5th job prequests along with Arcane prequests to reset, there was later an option via the Universal NPC to autocomplete previously completed arcane regions. I have completed up to Morass half way before autocompleting the rest of Morass resulting in me able to do the dailies but the Jean NPC was missing in the town, denying me completion of the last daily. However, I can see Jean in 2 different instances, one in the map before the town (Path to the Coral Forest 5) and in the map "Research Lab". I have tried using the option again on Universal NPC before it was removed in the recent update but it said no quest was found to be completed and Jean is still missing. This bug prevents me from completing the last daily without talking to Jean and I can't start Esfera prequest as talking to Jean is required to start.

Hi, im also facing this same jean missing issue. Before the 5th job reset, i didnt have the flying fish npc at corals 4, but now I do. Can you check for your side? If you have the same issue, then i think the bug might be at the quest being stuck at corals 4.

Before the 5th job reset issue, I did have the flying fish npc and I also remember seeing Jean lying there as well, but as I said, now I see Jean in two different maps, most likely bugged with a quest or something that didn't go through.

Any admins can respond this thread? I believe many players have been affected by this and its halving the daily orbs

Hi, how do you guys receive your quests? Directly from NPC or from the light bulbs? I faced similar issue after the autocomplete option was released to players. But the bug fixed itself when I finished a specific daily (memory silvers) when I return to morass to hand in quests. I use to receive quests from light bulbs and only went into town after completing them.

I receive my daily quests through the daily lightbulb on the left, I also finished collecting 100 memory silvers for the daily but after that I went to town to try in hand it in but Jean wasn't there.
