Hello I bought 1k worth of aries points a week ago and still haven't gotten it. I did the thing where I clicked the email too and it's been an hourglass since.
If you have purchased Aries Points and have yet to receive them, please login on the website and select Purchase History, then select the 'envelope' icon for the transaction that you have yet to receive points for to submit a support ticket. An 'hourglass' icon will be shown when your ticket is currently pending review.
If the transaction you have yet to receive points for is not listed under 'Purchase History', contact Elyx#4031 via Direct Messages with your [1] Transaction ID, [2] Email Address and [3] Character Name.
