Missing Donation Points

Hello Aries Team,

I have purchased $15 donation points on the 12/28/2020 and it was processed completely through my bank account. However, I have logged on aries to see if the dp was applied but I have not received anything. I went on the Aries website and checked the purchase history to see if my transaction was posted onto my aries account. It does not show to be there, but it was taken from my bank account. Can you please assist me with this as this has never happened to me before.
