Bug type : Character skill bug
Description of the bug (Please try to be specific, which map does it happen on, which quest etc.) :
1) Mihile's Royal Guard when successful provides 4 seconds of invincibility, however:
-Mihile occasionally still takes the initial damage from the successfully guarded attack. This bug is easily apparent when bossing during and almost never when mobbing. Royal Guard works fine on 1hko moves but for others I notice my HP still drops despite a successful royal guard.
-Mihile sometimes still take damage (during the 4 seconds of invincibility) from party members taking damage via "Soul Link." The purple dmg appears above my head and hp drops accordingly despite being invincible. This bug is most apparent during Normal Will boss fights.
2) Mihile's boss debuff icons (blind) do not always appear/work. Mihiles is supposed to get the extra 20% crit chance and extra final dmg when attacking blinded targets and Charging Light debuffed targets. Bugged skills listed below:

Righteous Indignation (Passive)
Increases damage and critical rate when attacking enemies in abnormal status.
Level 20: When attacking enemies in abnormal status, Damage: +25%, Critical Rate: +20%
-Radiant Cross – Spread
Required Level: 165
Creates a cross that attacks again after using Radiant Cross. Unaffected by attack reflection.
Level 1: Damage: 75%, Max Enemies Hit: 6, Number of Attacks: 4, Duration 7 sec. When Shadow Attack and Blind effect activates at 100% chance, Enemies Accuracy: -30% for 10 sec, Duration is cut in half against bosses.
-Sword of Light (5th Job) also gives 100% to blind. "When you attack during a cooldown: [1] attack activated per 5 sec. This attack is activated 5 sec after using the skill and does not increase the Buff Duration of Royal Guard. 100% chance to Blind enemies for 10 sec, reducing their Accuracy by 30%, Duration halved against bosses"
Note: Blind debuff not procuring is especially apparent when the magician explorer link skill (empirical knowledge) is applied.
