Job Level: 275 (Paragon 97)
Description of Bug (Explain the bug, How is it done, what should it really be doing? etc. An unclear description will not get the bug fixed):
1. Sylvidia's Flight buff icon does not show a timer when it should.
2. Elemental knights has no buff icon for each knight when it should.
3. Stunning strikes does not reduce cooldown when linking. This is big since this hurts Mercs DPM combo to the point it cant be used consistently.
4. Cooldown for Guided Arrow sometimes resets itself when Mobbing/Bossing. This is true for every archer. I Forgot to bring this up on the previous locked thread. No Video Footage since i can't figure out how to replicate it.

Edit: Got a better look and it seems that all link skills are reducing cooldown. but not when the cooldown timer is low
