Running through all of the daily bosses (nzak, nhilla/hhilla, nmag, root abyss, OMNI-CLN, epap/npap, arkarium, von leon, npb/cpb, ecyg/ncyg, ranmaru/madman ranmaru, gollux, elucid) should get you pretty close. Then you can spread out the other every-2-days bosses such as lotus, damien, lucid, will, CRA, hmag, czak, cpap to max out the RP per day. If those aren't enough, you can also go to hekaton every 6 hours for the RP (and coins), and if you desperately want to cap out and haven't at this point, you can hunt elite monsters for 10 RP each or elite bosses for 60 RP. Or you can find people to go on Ursus with (this should give 150 RP per day). Keep in mind that the RP coins from monster exploration will count towards the cap, but it is capable of going past the cap, so if you have any of those, it's better to save them until you've capped your daily RP.
