UPDATE: I would like to try and resolve this between one another and will be retracting my report on Rival when available.

Additional Information: I enter Elite Crillas map and saw an Elite boss there, no one was there apart from what i assumed was a AFK Kanna on the top. I decided to attack the Elite boss that was there with another member from my guild (coincidence), few seconds later Rival/Rivai entered to map to also start killing it. Once killed i decided to carry on my Grinding and knowing that the map was free and I having the Ownership of the map i started attacking the mobs. and a so does Rival/Rivai
Rival/Rivai questions why i'm attacking and asked me to cc, which i respond with that i'm the map owner, the evidence shows that clearly. He then continues to accuse me that im stealing the map as the Kanna above is his (How am i meant to know that exactly?), continues to question how Elite appear stating that he made the Elite appear and he died from it previously (again how do i know that as i entered the map randomly to start training) Told me to ask my guild member that he saw him die from the elite which i asked and my guild member said he entered the same time as me and didn't see him there.
Ontop of all that he was incredibly rude and states that he said things which he clearly didn't which is shown in the chat log in the images above.
Im just asking for clarification on map ownership if someone ''has Died'' from an elite and someone new enters the map randomly and becomes Map owner. Is there a different type of rule of they've "died"
Apologies on the lack of pictures of him attacking as i was responding to him, he stopped attacking once he mentioned about reporting.
