Kishin Meso/Drop question

When you run kishin i know there is a hidden debuff active that cuts your drop rate in half. the cap is 600% drop rate for items and 400% meso obtained for mesos.
If you somehow obtain 1200% drop and 800% mesos obtained does that mean the hidden debuff makes that reduced to 600% drop and 400% meso obtained?
did anyone test this? thanks, trying to learn more about the game

No, those are the hard caps for drop/meso. Kishin is not viable for farming items besides for items that naturally have near 100% drop rate such as monster park tickets, junk ETC items (for events), and ChuChu PQ drops. In those cases, farming with high drop rate makes those items still drop sufficiently.
