Description of Bug:
- The skill is not recovering %hp/mp at regular intervals. At lv30 it should recover 4% hp/mp periodically(which can be boosted to 8% and 12% depending on the stage of the spirit stone).

- The skill currently works as a buff, when it should function similarly to a bishop's benediction, in the sense where you'd receive the effects of the skill if you are within the aura, and lose it should you move out of the boundary.
- The skill still does not affect party members, despite previous maintenances claiming to have fixed it.
**Party members can see the buff skill icon at the top right but don't actually receive the effects of the skill(eg. final dmg, hp/mp recovery etc)**
