Reason of Appeal: Hi there GM, I spent some time and went through all the resolved ban appeals and noticed something similar. I noticed a few people getting banned due to using "Betternet VPN" which i now suspect to be famously used by botters or hackers. And yes, I used Betternet to connect Aries for smoother gameplay. And i recalled that my first login attempt as of (30/5/2020, GMT +8) in the morning was accessible until the loading Nexon screen and was forced-closed, and the next attempt shows me the permanently ban message.
I've literally did nothing illegally ever since i created this account till now. And i'm kindly requesting GM's to please re-check if I'm wrongfully banned. How am I hacking if I wasn't even leveling for the past 1 month or so? My recent activity was just leeching boss's almost everyday for gollux, providing kishin/hs service (rarely). Please kindly look into issue, also do advise me if you need me to provide more information.
