Im not getting 5th job advancement quest from light bulb

I checked my quest tab, checked the light bulb, looked at my skill tab if i have 5th job skills, but no.
i tried to talk to memory keeper directly but he doesnt give me any quest for 5th job advancement.
I think my character glitched out or something. Please help me out. My in game name is Binni2

Did you try opening your key settings and binding "Maple Guide" and pressing that key and progressing to 5th Job from there?
