I can't reset my PIC

My account says my pic is old and i need to change the pic, i don't remember the old pic, i already went to the site and i clicked the reset option, i get the new pic by email but in the game the pic doesn't reset It is the same message saying that I need to change the PIC because it is too old. How can I solve this? How can I reset my PIC I really want to access my account and can not.

Do the following by order (step-by-step):

1. Select your character, and when you are asked to change your PIC, select Yes.
2. Enter the PIC (from the email), then a NEW combination/PIC 2 times.
