How is Shadower For farming MP?

Knights Stronghold and VJ when stronger,
Also any Shads wanting to chip in experience with the class is welcome.

Here is a video of Korean shadower doing 24s on stronghold.

However it's a one-off thing due to the cooldowns used.
And shadower can't do VJ either as I have tried it to no avail and outlined as unviable here.
