How does this server run without GMs?

I've literally been refreshing my Change email tab for more than 2 months, I believe, just to keep reading: Your ticket is being reviewed.
Tried to contact GMs and still no response.. No wonder this server is dead..

Tried to contact GMs and still no response.. No wonder this server is dead..

1. Administrators are the ones in-charge of email changes, so blame the GMs as much as you'd like.
2. Administrators are also the ones that have the most work to attend to and/or monitor.
3. But yes, it's also the GMs fault that climate change is happening.
