I don't know how to progress as a new player, what do I do?

I've hit 203 on my Dawn Warrior, no equips besides a fafnir sword someone gave me. Range is about 60k buffed and I have all the link skills worth having.
I'm thinking of starting the gollux pre quests but other than that don't have a clue how this server works.
Like am I supposed to get the CRA set legitly or is there a method particular to this server?
What does the goal/grind look like from here onwards to fund a new character?

another newbie but abit ahead here..... maybe try some arcane quest and save up ur VP for some 2xdrop , 4 hr each day will help u from 203-205/6 then u can do some daily quest all the way to 210+. dont forget to bossing everyday which will help u boost ur lvling, and i think u might missed the 5th job quest, maybe spent some money or if u poor then just save up VP and sell some of VP, then scroll ur eqs to get 100 star, which bacisally needs 9 eqs, minus the ghost ship medal and ur weapon will be 8, then ur hat, top, btm, 2 ring, belt, pendant, shoe, those will add up 100 stars, after ur done ur 5th job ur range will boost up to 100k +
