Hero or hayato

Hayato - Amazing when farming monster park, they have good bossing if you have the damage, but not better than Hero. Play this class if you find it fun because you're not going to make a huge difference when it comes to playing Hero / Hayato while bossing with a party unless you're the main DPS.
Hero - Very strong when it comes to bossing, you can look up videos on Hero / Hayato bossing, they actually have the highest DPM in The Black patch we should be getting this winter / early next year. But if you're going for a farming aspect then I would stick with Hayato as it's far more superior when it comes to farming.
Overall play what looks fun to you and not whats the best because you'll end up getting bored and quit if you play whats best and not whats fun. Think about it this way, any class you play if you put 50-60k stat on it you'll be good no matter the class, I know you don't have that but if you keep working at it you'll eventually hit that milestone. I'm by no means "pro" when it comes to Aries and I don't play either of these classes and everything here is based off observations and what people have told me, I hope I helped.
As a former Hero main, I can attest that Hero is very strong when it comes to bossing but the play style is pretty simple. It's buffing up, and then you use a singular skill and FJ around the map to avoid the 1 hit K.O's from the bosses. It's the same for your mobbing. If you prefer a class which isn't a one-skill wonder, then, I'd recommend Hayato (it's the reason I actually switched off of my Hero to another class).
It can get stale but as Eki said above, pour enough money into any class and it'll be strong - it all boils down to your preferred play style and what you enjoy in a class.
I can't speak much about Hayato since I've never really played the class at all but - yeah, it's good at farming but I've heard the damage drops off towards the later part of the game compared to other classes.
I'd recommend watching some guides on YouTube to get a feel for the class and maybe play both of em' to a certain level first before making your decision.
