You can buy salon slot coupon using Aries Point (Donation Point) from NPC Cygnus in FM (or can be accessed via Quick Move > Universal NPC > Purchase VP or DP items).

You get it from harvesting herb in Ardentmill (portal at the bottom right of the map). It's from any herb, at a very low chance.
Or you can buy them from other players or in auction house too.

Any chance is the portal is bugged? Because when I entered, there is not hebs or ores reactors spawning..
