Hekaton Pieces Visually Moving Left or Right Bug

Description of Bug: This bug has been happening for awhile now, but lately it seems to be worse than ever. Essentially, for no random reason, the top 3 parts of Hekaton (Left Shoulder, Right Shoulder and Head), are often visually not in their correct locations on a player's screen. The platforms where a character can stand, as well as Hekaton's actual hitboxes for each body part, are still in the correct position, but the visuals for Hekaton often get bugged and move towards the left or right in any given run. This makes it extremely difficult to know where to stand because the visuals don't actually align with where the platforms to stand are.

Below, I uploaded an unedited and edited screenshot to show the bug. As you can see in the EDITED screenshot, the RED line and box represents the ACTUAL Platform and Hitbox of Hekaton's Right Shoulder, yet the visuals for Hekaton's Hitbox and platforms are where the ORANGE line and box are (I moved it down slightly for visual clarity).

Updating this post with EVEN more screenshots. This bug still has not been addressed and has been happening for months. Whenever it happens, it pretty much makes it impossible to do Hekaton until said piece is killed by other players.

In Picture #1, you can see the ramp on Hekaton's head where players are supposed to stand (outlined with a curvy red line), but in this specific Hekaton, the actual ramp is higher up, so players are essentially floating in mid-air (the "ground" is where the player's IGN is).

In Picture #2 and #3 (apologize for Picture #2 being upside down due to Hekaton's skill), you can see that Hekaton's Head and Shoulder pieces are visually moving closer or away from each other. Picture #2 (Left-Shoulder) is way too close to Hekaton's Head, while Picture #3 (Right-Shoulder) is too far away from the head. The actual platforms where players stand for both shoulders are completely off compared to their visual counterparts.
