Description of Bug (Explain the bug, How is it done, what should it really be doing? etc. An unclear description will not get the bug fixed):
Phantom Blade stacks can't remain at 5 stacks after i died. It is changed from 5 stacks to 1stack when i refresh.

+1 , experiencing the same bug
The stacks will refresh back to 1 after revive , regardless of buff freezer

Note: This bug is not found in GMS (at least from all the YT vid i saw)
