ARIES you have A BIG PROBLEM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
with Password/PIC Resets .
Yesterday i sent a password Reset as a result i saw it may take up to 12 hours for the email to get to me .
i said ok ... it has been 24 hrs since i sent it . GUESS WHAT ! NOTHING HAPPENED i didn't get any email
and im so frustrated because i cant play maplestory.
because you guys dont take care of your emails and stuff .
Please all im asking is for you to pay more attention to this post and overall to this issue i really love to play in ariesMS i donated to this server too because i believe this game and this private server can grow larger and successed
please consider this post as a friendly manner

Since its a known problem and they havent fixed it. it probably isnt all that easy to fix. its more important to focus on fixing the server than some email.
