Female zero cash item disappear

Just logged in after patch, cash items all gone on my female zero

Update* changing hair & eye colour to any other colour resulting to be only black

Just equip some trash nx from cash shop, equip em to beta. re-enter and exit cash shop and the equips you had before should appear in inventory again.
they are not lost.

Having Alpha share his equips still work but it won't bring equips back to inventory

I just tried it, thank you. But that keeps happening, like it won't permanently stay on my character. If I have to keep doing the method might as well I don't even wear them T_T
