Description of Bug (Explain the bug, How is it done, what should it really be doing? etc. An unclear description will not get the bug fixed):
Currently: If you press the down arrow key + elemental barrage while dragon slam is ongoing, you are able to activate wyrmking's breath without elemental barrage going on cooldown. This means that one is able to activate wyrmking's breath once every 20 sec(dragon slam cd) instead of the 60 sec(elemental barrage cd) it should be.

I'm not able to reproduce this bug as an actual Evan. Is there a specific map you're experiencing this on?

Casting Elemental Barrage after a Mir skill will instead trigger a fusion skill. Casting Mana Burst before Elemental Barrage, or casting Elemental Barrage while lying down will not prevent the fusion skill from triggering. However, MP cost will be multiplied by 5.

Casting it while lying down or right after mana burst wont trigger the skill to go on cooldown.

Pretty sure that's not how it's intended to work. The skill description doesn't mention anything about preventing elemental barrage going on cooldown.
I've looked through numerous GMS videos of evan, and none of them use wyrmking's breath on a 20 sec cd.

Casting any Evan skill (all the fusion triggers: Earth Circle, Wind Circle, Thunder Circle, Elemental Barrage; and also Mana Burst, Dark Fog) while lying down or during Mana Burst's animation doesn't actually cast them. The skill doesn't appear and there's no damage. It just makes you do the poke poke animation. For all the fusion triggers, it will still send the "fusion order" however. It's an implicit mechanism in the Evan/Mir fusion system and applies on all the fusion skills, not just Wrymking.

The only thing that's bugged is the mana cost, but that's a separate broader minor bug with Evan that cropped up after Nova fixed the Mana Overload issues with Evan last time. A lot of skills simply don't take the right amount of mana: some are less, some more, some none, and some do with Mana Overload off and some only the Mana Overload cost with it on. However, mana cost is so irrelevant in this version of Maple that it's inconsequential either way. Honestly, I just don't want Mana Overload to break in fixing mana issues.

As I've mentioned earlier, I've yet to see this behavior(wyrmking being used on a 20s cd) being replicated by either a GMS or KMS player in their respective servers.

I find it a little strange that none of them are aware of this "implicit mechanism" that would substantially increase their dpm output, ever since the skill's inception over 2 years ago.
